It cheats its users. I purchased the super value pack (99@99). It seemed to be a good deal in the beginning. Shockingly, I discovered that if a song download fails due to internet connection, it is still counted a download because I have clicked and tried to save the song. The response is that my internet service provider is at fault.
Just because each song comes at 1 rupee download, a faulty logic cannot be used to calculate download limit. Why cannot the download restart from the point where it broke? Disruptions in internet connection is a practical reality. The fault cannot be just at user’s internet connection. It can even be at Hungama’s end. Is it not?
Conditions are made tougher for people who want to legally buy music. No doubt, piracy thrives. I suggest others to avoid Hungama.com till they broadly and clearly state the download counting condition next to the download button. Just avoid Hungama.com.
