Bought a pair of leather sandals. In sole started peeling away in just 6 months. They refuse to replace citing its warranty has lapsed. When i asked for repair they say they will charge 600 rs to replace the sole. Whn I asked a 300 rupees sandals from bata lasts longer. Leather sandals costing 2499 rs doesn’t last 6 months? Whn i asked them for free repair they said i i should talk to customer care which is even more pathetic. Never buy hush puppies. They have serious quality issues and their attitude towards the customer is very poor. Have been a loyal customer since 5 yrs this being my 3rd set of sandals. People pls stay away. There are better brands out there.
