I placed an order one month back which I haven’t received till date though it shows shipped but as per the customer service the order was lost at the time of delivery.
I asked for the refund and was asked to wait for 3 working days. I waited for 2 weeks and still the money was not refunded and when I called the customer care they said that there was no refund requested.
To at least use the money I paid for earlier order I changed the order content. Till now I haven’t received any confirmation SMS or email.
The worst service ever!
