Recently ordered a Farlin branded Microwave Sterilization set with 3 feeding bottles for Rs. 1695 on this website. They shipped it without one feeding bottle but for the price of 3. I immediately took snapshots of the item and sent them to their support team after talking with the CSRs. I got a email from the support dept that they have intimidated the logistics partner- Blue Dart for pick up. Now 1 week and 7 emails later, they still have to pick up my item. The set was ordered for my 6 mth baby who is growing rapidly at this stage. Soon he will wean away from the bottle. So whom I am going to use the bottles in the sterilization set for?
I emailed them to either take back the set or reimburse me the cost of 1 feeding bottle that comes to Rs 275. They havent got back to me yet...The CSRs keep telling the stereotyped reply that they will pickup the item in 24 hrs. And the problem is on BlueDart’s end. This is going on for a week now and I am at my wit’s end. Tomorrow I am approaching the consumer court on this matter.
So friends plz don’t even give a second glance to this website if u love your kids and your hard earned money. These guys are a bunch of scumbags and frauds. Plz try Babyoye. they are far more professional than hushbabies now more so after they have tied up with Hoopos.com
As for me, that order was first and last for me. These guys just aren’t worth your money and time.
