I have subscribed to their Diaper subscription (prepaid for 9 months) and they were extremely prompt to collect the money.
However, the diapers ordered for the first month took 3 weeks to deliver, and that too post rigorous followups and no promptness and responsiveness on their behalf; after that the diapers are ’out of stock’....
When the selling cliche was that for subscription customers, they will arrange out of stock items too on priority.
And now there is no response to the emails written to them, or even on the phone. I had also returned one item (clothing) for which they gave me a voucher which I could never redeem, as their other promotions would be on....
ITS the MOST CUSTOMER INSENSITIVE site I have come across.
