I had placed an order on May 25th and I have been following up everyday on it after one week. I got only partial shipment that too in damaged condition. For the remaining product it took me one month, just to say "No Stock". When I checked with them, they said they have dispatched it and gave a wrong tracking number. but when I didn’t receive it and when I called them they said no stock of the product and they will refund the money.
They don’t know how to manage it and its a worst exp I ever had with any online shoppers. Better place to shop is on Firstcry.com, where the goods are dispatched on the same day and u get it by next day and the cust executives are so friendly and for exchange even before you return the item to them, they will credit the money back to you. Good collections and good discounts.. You can try once.
These guys take 4 days for refund and again I have placed an order now, but still I havent received it. They always send only partial shipment, never in there life they have sent full shipment in one go. Bugged up with these guys.They should get training on how to organise things.
Its like a low class website.
