I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received from Hush babies. First of all the Order that I placed was never delivered to me. After I enquired after 3 weeks of placing the order I received a message saying that Product is not available and not sure when it will come.
Unless I had asked for a update there was no communication that the order is not getting processed. Next without my consent support people have cancelled the order saying that they are not sure when it will be coming in stock.
This doesn’t end here. It was mentioned that the amount will be reverted back to my account within 15-21 days. Now its almost a month but I still do not see this amount credit back to my card. Last one week onwards I have sent 3 mails to the support team but failed to get any response.
This kind of bad service is not expected. There is even no decency to call the customer and inform about the delay or provide me with a update saying why there is no much of delay and when this issue will be resolved.
Next time on wards I will never do any shopping with Hush babies.
