I got nothing after spending 1200 rs.
Initially I ordered 2 diapers set of Pampers worth 1200... ON 24th January 2012. and I received email on 1st February for shipment of order that never received. I called them again and again for refund my money.. sometimes they said there is no availability of items.. sometimes didn’t picked my phone and from March I started sending email and approx after sending 8-10 emails.. finally I got REWARD POINTS worth Rs. 1200 in June 19 2012.
I ordered again 5 things to compensate my reward points on 2nd of July and received one item on 5th of July. and now calling them again and again for rest 4 items. they are not refunding my money and today, 16th of July they are promising to provide again Rewards points. I’ve been fed up really.
I have used Firstcry.com, Babyoye.com, Jabong.com... and never face such problem. even I received my order within 5 days maximum also they return their crushed items.
I’ll never suggest to anyone to use hushbabies.com... They offer mouthwatering discounts but with terrific services
Better if you give charity to poor in sake of your child instead to giving the money to https://hushbabies.com
Avoid it please, please...
