I have bought from HushBabies on a number of occasions and unfortunately what drew me to the site was a discount coupon that they spammed me - and after I used the coupon to make a purchase I soon found out that although the website looks decent and the range seems OK - they use DTDC for order fulfilment which is absolutely the worst mistake any e-tailer can make.
I am still waiting for 4 products ordered on the 9th of April (One of their so called DEALS on NUBY wipes) and as of today (17th April) - No sign of the packages. I have emailed their customer support earlier today - No response.
The funny thing is that I complained about their order fulfillment model last month and ASHA K (a customer care rep) promised to use BLUE DART instead - but it seems that they continue to use the worst courier company in India!
I will never shop from them again - there are a number of competitors that have superior websites, products and service. In this competitive environment there is absolutely no reason for the customer to accept anything less than the best.
AVOID ORDERING FROM HUSHBABIES...
