I had a cell no. which was deactivated by marking a complaint for the loss of the same at around 5:00 in the evening & was told that the services will be deactivated within 2 hrs.
I was surprised to see that the services were still activated when I tried that No. at around 8:00 pm
The matter was immediately reported to the customer care executive just to hear that they have no complaint lodged there(amazing). they had no data also the guy was not ready to transfer my call to any senior saying he will not mark any complaint & if I wanted to mark a complaint I should mail or fax them( what about ppl who dont have access to internet).So next time you buy ther services pls pay heed to all the problems ppl are facing to.
The guy also said that if something goes wrong then I will be responsible for the mishappening & not the service provider
