I have been a Hutch subscriber since last 3 years. I agree that the service and network coverage of Hutch is better than that of the other service providers. But of late, there has been issues with the connectivity and network conjestion. Hutch is increasing its customer base and boasting of higher customers than its competitors but they fail to better their service. It takes 4-5 tries before I can connect to the other person during peak time and most of the time it says’Network Busy". Even after getting connected, the call drops due to heavy network conjestion.
Overall.not the best service provider in town but can definitly improve to be the best. .
