for e.g., you will notice, if your bill amount was:
1) 100.**49**, you paid, **Rs 101**? The **credit balance C/F will not reflect?
*2) But if your bill amt was 100**.51**, & you still paid **Rs.101? T**he Credit balance of **0.49** **Paisa, ** **will still not reflect** as a **C/F.*
3) **INTERESTINGLY, ** If your Bill amt was **100.49 Paisa**, you paid **Rs 100/=?** You can see a **Debit C/F** of **0.49 Paisa**, in your next Bill?

Wef **Mar’05**, they changed the LOOK of their Bills, but also, "**THE METERING & BILLING**"? How?
1) You talked on an STD, for e.g. **1Min: 45 Secs**? Hutch Bill will show **2 Mins**? **Why? *
*UTOPIA Logic** "everyone does it?" However, Check Airtel/MTNL/TATA, they all list exact Meter/Duration of Ur call, in accordance to **TRAI’s QoS Code of Metering & Billing Accuracy, Regulation 46/2007!*
Tell me something, when HUTCH can MISAPPROPRIATE(**U&I**) PUBLIC MONEY to the tune of INR**. 1163527428/=** over 7 Yrs, & keep Silent, still? What is the **guarantee**, that the **1min: 45Secs**, **was not Rounded off as 3 Mins**? Would u remember, to dispute?
*CASE 1(31May-****12Jun’07****):** Hutch Lost out a major MNC Contract, because, the above information, reached their Decision maker’s just in time. The **MNC verified, all content, of this above claim**, and **found HUTCH Guilty. *
*RESULT(01-13Jun’07):** MNC** withdrew**, **all contracts with HUTCH**, and gave it to Airtel - they lost 500 new corporate connections.

*13Jun’07**: **HUTCH** **LEGAL Head dispatches **an** Email THREAT** through his Blackberry, Stating, “**Hutch will charge for sharing Public Interest Information, ****& *****Mental Harassment of Employees***?” **Aa-i-lah!?*
Have you ever heard of a "***CUSTOMER HARASSING a SERVICE PROVIDER & that too HUTCH?"*** especially by some1 who in Hutch’s own records, is conferred as a Customer, **with an outstanding ontime Payment HISTORY, ** at their end? ]
