The Hyatt is a great place to stay, because it is near Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco.

We stayed here for two nights. They had a Wharf Experience Package for $214.00. Because we were senior’s we paid half the price.

The package included the room and an American breakfast buffet each morning.

It takes about half an hour to get here from the Airport.

As we drove up to the hotel I could see it was a red brick building. There was a circular drive way, with a fountain in the middle.

The check in desk is on the back wall. To get to it you will see that there are some sofas and chairs surrounding coffee tables. On each table there was a lovely flower arrangements.

There Café and Gift Shop is on this level.

I went up in the elevator and opened the door with a card key. The bellboy show me that the card could also lock the door.

Our room was decorated in blue green and wheat, (yellow). The furniture was all made of rattan.

The bed was a queen size and had two nigh table on either side. Each had a lamp on it.

On one of the night tables there was an AM/FM alarm clock radio.

Our window overlooked the Bay. I was so happy to see that we had a climate control. In San Francisco it is humid every day.

There were to chairs under the window, with a small table between them.

The closet was large and had a safe, iron and ironing board in it Cable movie channels

There was a three drawer dresser that had the TV on top of it. It showed regular TV and in-house movies.

There was a desk and chair. On the desk was a telephone, (with two phone lines and you could leave a message on the voice mail), outlets for your computer, and a FAX Machine.

The bathroom was decorated it the same colors. It had a toilet, bath/shower and a sink.

The counter wasn’t too large, but behind the mirror there were 3 shelves to store your bathroom things.

The only think on the counter, beside the sink, was a basket of bath amenities

On the wall, next to the door there was a Hairdryer, hanging on the wall.

We could even use our Video to check-out!

The hotel has only one place to eat. It’s called the Knuckles Historical Sports Bar and Grill. The serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, here.

In the hotel there is an outdoor whirlpool, an outdoor lap pool, and exercise room.

Near the Hotel you will find, Fisherman’s Wharf, (a lot of bars and cafes are here), Pier 39, (this is a fabulous place to shop), Cannery, Harbor Cruises, and Ghirardelli Square are within walking distance.

To get to the center of the city, you have to take a Cable Car up.

This hotel is rated a four star, but it seemed as nice as a five star to me.
