Last Month on 31-Mar I stayed in Hayyat, Kolkatta, and it become a very bad experiance for me. At first I was waitng at Airport for 20 Minute for a car from Hayatt, which was booked in advance. when I checked at the reception they said my bag will be delivered in my room, unfortunatly it was delivered in another room. When I reached to my room and tried to open the door it didn’t allow me because I got the wrong key from reception than I asked one of service boy to get the correct key.
Any how I got in to room. I booked a car for early morning 05:30 to drop me at Airport nad got confirmed. In the morning when I was checking out there was no car even I informed front desk in advance. than they asked me about the car payment, I told them please add in my bill and arrange a car they took 45 minute to arrange a car and I was getting delayed for my flight.
At last everything shorted out bill was setteled front desk supposed to pay me some money back but in hurry I forgot to ask them and they never tryed to pay me and remind me for that. Dosen’t matter. Finally I got at the Airport just 25 minute before my flight time. so you can makeout how good my experiance with Hayyat.
