This place has lost it’s hospitality, service quality and warmth. The place is no more a fine dining 5 star restaurant but an ordinary North Indian food joint. I would not to mention names but the personnel responsible for service is in no mood to extend proper service and taking us for a ride till he’s taken to task. In my opinion Hyatt is loosing the brand image out of it. Will surely not reconsider repeat visit and maybe not recommend at all. I am this review wouldn’t make much of a difference to the hotel but still feel that let people be aware of the facts.
