AMAZING, WOW! This was my first reaction when I came from the airport to this grand hotel. I have been working as a Hotel Manager for 10 yrs now, so you can imagine my expectations from a hotel where I stay. I was so amazed with the great reception, the ease with which I was checked in. the room boy was so good at his job when he showed us our room. the freindly service throughout the Hotel was just out of this world. I must mention the houskeeping and cafe services were something to be raving about their timing and I was not even once disturbed, but got the room always in a perfect condition when I got back each day. Casono Tara, their entertainment, was amazing, Rox Bar and their live concert was perfect too. The architecture of this hotel was grand and felt like I was satying in a palace. Food and the Chefs were of highest standards. You should come to this place if you are in Nepal. Rest everything falls into place if you start here. Three cheers to this Grand Hotel.
