Hyderabad Central - SHOP EAT & CELEBRATE. Located in the heart of the city! This is Hyderabad’s answer to International Retail experience. With a collection of over 200 brands?. its truly a destination store for all those "Brand conscious" shoppers.
Spread over 1.5 lacs sft of retail area, the store’s facade is surely "Mammoth" and "Impressive". The store has fast evolved as a modern landmark of emerging "Hyderabad". This store did have it’s share of controversies(from Fire department and other legal bodies), but I guess corrective action I guess has been undertaken. This mall houses a PVR multiplex, which is again a great experience for all the Hyderabadi Movie Lovers.
The store is spread over 5 floors of retail area. covering all categories in apparels, Home wear, Food, Electronics, Mobiles, toys, Sports, Leather and Jewellery. Besides they have some decent food outlets and play areas. I feel that their collection of brands in mens apparel is exhaustive and complete.
The service standards are also impressive and seamless(which is a refreshing change from regular malls). I had anticipated too much of Brand push from the sales staff, but thankfully they restrained from doing so!
The parking is well maintained but is limited. so if I didn’t manage to get a parking slot, I am not sure if there was an alternate arrangement.
The other important factor that detremines my shopping experience is the quality of "customers". This place I guess is a destination for most of the "happening" crowd in Hyderabad. So that automatically makes it a place to be seen at!
Another interesting feature of this store is it’s Visual Merchandising. one can sense creativity at every floor and it does drive / influence our shopping mood.
On the whole, I would rate this as one of the best stores/ malls in India.!
