This is one of the horrible loyalty programs I had ever signed up. The executives inside the mall keep forcing you to buy this card which is worth Rs.200 and you are promised to get back 100 points( equivalent to Rs.100). That is redeemable on the next purchase.
The worst part here is I made a purchase of close to Rs, 4000 on that day and was hoping I would get some points. To my surprise when I went there for the second time, there was not even a single point added for my last purchase except the 100 default poinst for enrolling the membership. So at the end I lost Rs.100 and got cheated. Even for the second purchase which was close to Rs.3500 there are no points.
If they can only give points for very limited and worst products why do we need this loyalty program. As the end customer I am not benefiting anything from this and lost Rs. 100. I would never visit this hypermart again and I would never recommend anyone.
I had also sent a mail to discovery club team and till date not feedback or response.
So. my advice is say No to this Discovery card else u are getting cheated of Rs.100 and I am not sure about the plight of other such customers.
