Well I fully agree. Hypercity - B.G. Road is a waste of time, The customtakeouter service is pathetic. They charge a premium for the products and sell substandard product. I shopped some dal and it was infested in a weeks time.
I have been there some 10 times and 9 of the 10 times there is a billing error. Then they stick out a credit not after standing in another queue for more than 15 mins.
The GM of the store is Ms. Arpita(09620810110). Call her for any complain and she will talk with you and console you. She will tell you the next time you face any problem please call me. Whenever you call, she will either not pick up or woudl say I am not in the store and some "JERK" will assist you. The Jerk is a spectacled guy who behaves like a GM(i think his name is Nitin). He just smiles and makes fun of you on your face.
The other day I wanted some gift wraps to be done. They took 1 hour to wrap a 1feet by 1 feet gift item. When I complained they were laughing. My daugther was hungry and crying and we were delayed for more than an hour just for wrapping the stuff. They have no courtesy for the people around.
I have almost stopped shopping there. some time dont have a choice so go there.else avoid it
The only thing they are interested to sell are memberships. In 1 hour at the store atleast 15 people will come to you to sell memberships.
The staff is pathetic and "insane", if you ask them for anything they will just run away.
The trolleys are "TRUCKS" acutally. Difficult to maneuver and really dangerous for kids moving around. It is tooooooo big to handle.
The cost of items is Higher than the neighbouring store and the points system is crazy, you shop endlesss and they tell you the points are ZERO.
If Hypercity guys are reading this.read this too.
"People will come to your store for its proximity or for its being convinient in the mall, but you will never get LOYAL customtakeouters".just wait for the new Hypermarket opneing @ Vega city and feel the heat!
