Mostly people give feedback on any social networking or consumer review website, but with full of complaints that is fact, because company also know if they make rejoice consumer then they are getting response of that. But in case of any wrong doing there is no any excuse of shrug off by company, because people only remember or keep in heart any product or services only if that fulfills their demand and delight them. However again the corporate body like "HYPER CITY" in other words "high price city" as people are facing personally from their precious penny along with sacrifice in some cases. If anything is there ti appreciate then only parking any good location is there for that and somewhat FMCG products which is only because of criteria of MRP in general market. Hyper City is having loyalty card plan that is called discovered, that means you can discover the door of this store and can leave as soon as possible because of horrindous situation of mall management. If students of B-Schools try to find "Gap Analysis" for their project in Retail Management then there is plethora of factors to find and completion of their project.


Wow! Really a good option there for them! And in accordance with the plan and scheme of that loyalty card, there is criteria of collecting points from purchasing products, but again a criticizing fundamental and cruel strategy of that Mall is that only on very few products (which are in floating position) you can collect points. There is an idiom in Hindi lingo that "NA 9 MAN TEL HOGA NA RADHA NACHEGI" (Work is possible only when exception will be there) so according to that if people will purchase those products then they can collect those finite points. Lolz. That mean, it’s also the dirty strategy of making purchase those products that are not having potential for being sold in market, only because poor quality and poor existence in market. And these type of mega store take contract from small companies to make buy those products. Therefore I will suggest every body that if any executive makes proposal for loyalty card in Hyper city, harshly deny them because I am having this card from last 1 and half years but till now I have got returns of only 73 rupees. Because people can collect points only if they buy those silly products.
