Purchased a bunk bed from Hypercity Malad, delivery was scheduled for 11-Nov, had a horrible experience chasing and pleading the customer service and Instore team to give a commitment when delivery would happen. Was Given Multiple times and excuses, stating delivery van is out and is just on the way and it will deliver late night after 10 pm. No commitments met. There is total dishonesty and an approach to take the customer for granted. Delivery happens after 2 Days of chasing.
When delivery happens, the delivery is incomplete and assembly is not possible. The Instore person stops answering calls and the customer service plays an intermediary.
A very bad experience, vow never to put my trust back into this brand. They need to put their act together and probably learn from their foreign investors like Waitrose on the importance of customer service.
