It had been a total waste of my time, energy and money when I look back interacting with service people in KunHyundai Ambathur since I bought(2 years) my new Verna Fludic.
I had several discussions and services done in KunHyundai Service Center regarding the clutch issue in my car all with unsatisfactory results.
Finally, I have to reach to Hyundai service station in Ekaduthangal to solve my clutch related issue in my car. They clearly understood my problem and rectified it within a given period.
That is what every customer expecting from a service center. They did their job well. If a service adviser itself doesn’t understand an issue and how to solve it. that was pathetic. This is my bad experience with KunHyundai Ambathur.
Please don’t get your car serviced in Kun Hyundai Ambathur.
