I, Rangoli Lal has purchased Creta 1.4 from G P Hyundai, Allahabad, on 29 May‘18.
In its first Service on 20 July 2018 to our horror on washing we found 12 spots of rust on car body.
Dealer admitted that it is a manufacturing defect on the coat of the body paint and a common problem that Hyundai is supplying all CRETA with
They are placating us by doing a paint quote to ward of the rusting patches. In the wake they are making my car shabbier.
On October 11th October Car went dead and could not got started. Your company representative visited at our home in Lucknow and pronounces that the battery has been exhausted. Now you have supplied the Car with defective battery which went dead within six months.
On 20th October at G P Hyundai, Allahabad workshop while service it was discovered that the Gear Box Oil seals are leaking. On discoving it was found that the it was fitted with the damaged oil seal from the factory.
You have supplied me with highly compromised car which in first place why should we accept it.
To top it all several tweets and emails are being ignored by your company on my complaint.
Your company is cheating me by dumping on us a compromised car against our hard earned money and moreover not responding to our concern made through various channels of email, twitter including the complaint with the dealers.
I DEMAND TO REPLACE THE CAR immediately.
