My new Creta 2020 met with an accident on 25th June and since then it is 40 days and am getting the response that spare-parts are not available. I am not getting in 40 days Hyundai India doesn’t have any ETA for receiving the spare-parts.
I registered a complain with on 16th July. I called Hyundai customer care for status of my complain today and they connect me back to Mr Bhupendra Pratap. I spoke to Mr Bhupendra Pratap last month, he said all the parts would arrive by 3rd August and now saying it will don’t have any ETA for one of part which is pending.
I sometime dream, if I ever brought this new hyundai creta car or not.
Please friends if you are planning to buy a new car don’t consider Hyundai Creta.
