Hyundai EON genuine Customer from not a Dealer

I purchased EON Magna Plus(LPG) car OCT 2013 at Worst Showroom/Service center Lakshmi Hyundai, Kukatpally Hyderabad. Actually this is my first car and I drove approx 20k+ now. Its really gr8 exp with Hyn EON, But I wanted to share some of exp with this car

  1. Value of money about Audio system and AC




  2. Smooth driving exp




  3. Excellent Mileage(in LPG) Very BAD




  4. Loose Sounds( These can be cured if you purchased the car from the perfect dealer)




  5. Space Inside( With the 4lk we cannot expect more)




  6. Boot Space is too low even we can say nothing in LPG kit fitter car




  7. Leg groom is not comfortable for 6+ height person Manual improvements in Long run




  8. Loose sounds will be cured if you purchased the care from the perfect dealer,  A lot of times I gave this car to the dealer regarding Loose sounds, But every time they said only one thing is. EON was like that only, NO body can do anything. After a few months I drove this car to my hometown(Approx 700KMS single hand). Then I told my hometown dealer(Mango Hyundai) about the loose sounds . He gave me the car with out loose sounds with in 2 hours.






I really surprised at that day that he gave me the car even without back side sounds also. So, Guys dont worry about loose sounds from this car even those are also can be cured from the Dealer itself. 2. After 5 to 6 months, Suddenly my car LPG as well as Petrol mileage decreased like anything .


LPG decreases from 14 to 10( In CIty)


LPG decreases from 17 to 13( In Highway)Petrol Decreases from 15 to 10( In City)


Petrol Decrease from 19 to 15(In Highway) Then I really start crying about these things and then I went to same stupid showroom again and again . But, they said that in Hyderabad dont expect more and more mileage then immediately I gave the complaint to the Hyndai customer care after a few days I got the call from the servicing center and they gave me the car after 6 hours by cleaning the car( They know only that service) . But, they told me that they checked each and everything . Now mileage will be better. Unfortunately I trusted those fellows, but I didn’t get the better mileage.


After a  month ago, Regarding festival I went to my hometown again I showed the car to the Mango hyundai then in the first look he told me that, Sir, Car silencer is not in good condition.


Please change it asap then you will get good mileage. Actually, for claim and all it takes atleast 4 to 5 days, But they changed they handover the car to me with new silencer with in 2 hours . Then I decided If any problem occurs to my car then I have to drove atleat 700kms:)


Now the mileage is top and condition is also excellent. As per my exp I wanna tell you one thing guys please check tyre pressure atleast twice/thrice in a month, this will really give you better mileage and better road grip. Finally, To all my friends and colleges I am requesting you guys dont try to purchase a car from this showroom.
