I would like to tell you that I am not at all happy with the services given by you guys. I purchased EON ERA+ from one of your Sunrise Hyundai dealers on 29th April.
And that was the biggest mistake of my life. When a person is spending hell lot of money they expect at least delivery of the car in good condition but no I receive the car in a worst condition(full of dust) and when I asked them what is it I got a stupid reply that this is the way we receive the car from Chennai.
No delivery ceremony was happened. Second thing, which is my mistake I didn’t check the car before delivery and there was small dent on the back door(right side), scratches inside the door. Amazing part is that they are not ready to accept that yes they handed over the car in this condition only.
Tyres they are using(Good Year) are the worst one, can you imagine one the tyre has already burst out that too when I was driving. There’s some problem in the Steering as well. I logged a complaint in the service center and they were supposed to visit my place to check the car as it was not giving the mileage promised at the time of delivery but again no one has turned up yet and that’s what I was expecting from you guys.
Rust is also coming in the car. Tired of chasing you guys but yet to hear from you. Seriously disappointed. I feel like I have wasted my hard-earned money. Will never recommend anyone to purchase the Hyundai Car.
