I have been driving the Getz Prime GLS for over a year. The car is good and I am pleased with the performance. However the free 3 services you get within the year is a load of rubbish. They just wash the car and clean the engine area. The cabin within is left untouched. The service stations are far away and one at BKC takes the cake. You leave the car at the petrol station. They take it to Kalina and you as a customer are not allowed to see whats happening. Its delivered back at the petrol station.
You cannot complain about the quality of service. Any defect within the warranty period must be done through the dealer you bought it from, and NOT the authorised srvice station. This is simply designed to avoid fulfilling a commitment.
We in India have a long way to go in these matters. Will someone from Hyundai comment on this?
