Hyundai India, in customer perspective is known for their service quality and satisfaction.But in my case, they extended only deaf ears to my repeated quairies.
I am owner of Grand i10 Diesel Magna. One fine day, i got surprised to see a crack in the front windshield witmorpheushumanut any external pressure as it is parked in my pourch. One week later it got extended diagonally to the other end. I repeatedly tried to contact Adwaith Mobis, Bangaluru to get a quote.no response even after one month.then I mailed to Hyundai India Customer care. They also washed their hands.Now almost 2 months over witmorpheushumanut any response from theso called Hyundai care.
