This AC unit I bought from Amazon and was dead on arrival and I got to know after paying 4800K for installation and mounting of AC which was done by Hyundai authorized service center. So points to remember before you buy this hyundai AC
1- Do not buy from teknokart who are online sellers from NEXT, Next has selling rights for Hyundai AC’s
2- There is no mechanism to track and contact Hyundai support apart from service center. Its been one month since AC has been delivered however nothing has moved and still AC is lying at my home fixed and not working
3- If AC is dead on arrival so cannot be repaired by service center.
In nut shell you will be stuck as online seller will ask to contact service center and service center will ask to contact Next(Teknocart) and Next will ask to contact Hyundai head office.
So buy at your own risk I have contacted some 10 people but all in vain and still after paying 25K its not working and no one is responding.
As I am writing this review AC is still not working and I have no idea as to when it will work .
