I made a better Choice on my first vehicle. I dont have any prev experience with cars and bikes. This is my first one. I own Oyster Grey i10 Magna Kappa Purchased on April [ Day before Vishudinam] which was booked 7 days before.
I made a big mistake by going to POPULAR HYUNDAI Kochi, Vytila . I never asked people about that dealer before buying car because I was in a hurry to get car in 7 days[before vishukkani] and after getting car everything was horrible. Even the first service was not done. My car was untouched till 6.00 PM of the day . I got angry with them and took the car back because when I called at 4.00 pm they told car is ready but it wasnt. I will write the full Story in another review when I have enough time.
So I recommend all of you to ask other customers before you go to POPULAR HYUNDAI KOCHI .
Ok Let me explain about my car.
This car is amazing with kappa engine. Super power and easy to handle with one hand. Power steering is smooth. Good Breaks. Good AC and More over I am getting a mileage of around 21+ in highway. [Estimate] . I have driven from Kochi to Varkala [Trivanrum] 2 times and Done a full tank test. I always kept speed between 50-70 [;) but was around 100 when I was 10km near to my home ]
What I dont like is the design. I actually dont like the design so I was looking to buy Cheavy beat at first. But my friend took one and it is nothing compared to i10. Bad steering bad gearbox and bad mileage[My frind Dan who is at Kottayam getting only a mileage of 10 lol] as far as I know.
Also this car is a little jumpy on worst roads compared to other cars. [But if u are not in driver seat you will have a sleep in the AC:) ] .
Note: I forgot to say about the tollFree hyundai support. Those are waste. I made 2-3 Complaints and even made a mail to hyundai. None solves our problems. They just inform the Dealer and problems will be there as it is. So if any one have complaint on popular dealer just go to https://consumergrievance.com/icrpc.org.success.htm and make a complaint in the Name of Hyundai MD . My next step is that if my next services are going worse again.
