Be Alert about Accessories Before Accepting Car

On 26th of December, 2012 I booked a i10 car from Jublee Hills - Hyderabad - Talwar Hundai By paying 2000 as token of advance. I paid all the amount of car on 28th December 2012. And we have decided delivery date around 2nd Week of January, 2013.


What I observed is before payment all the guys like sales executive(Pawan) and ASM Mr. Satish was very friendly to me and thy address all my queries and received my phone call. After fully payment I got response from all that they will get back within 5 mins. But that 5 mins never came and they never called me. So for a small small query I went around 10 times to their showroom, Jublee Hills. Which also can be addressed by them by phone. Normally Customers would like to talk with the sales executive who approached in show room regarding all issues. But in my case after full payment my sales executive (Pawan) was miising from the showroom. He never picked up my phone. Talwar Hundai has no ideas where his employees gone without any notification, Its around 15 days still they dont know about his employee. Ok this was not a big issues for me because I taken as positive thinking.


The problem arises at the time of delivery. Whatever accessories they promised me to handover at the time of deliver around 3 big items were missing. 1. Spoiler, 2. Reverse Horn 3. Body Cover.


These out of stocks was not told to me before delivery. After handover the key to me when I started back gear I found it was not installed. So after that I checked everything that was promised.


All customer def they wants to see all the accessories which was promised by the showroom at the time of delivery. But these 3 things were missing in my car. When I asked to ASM, he told all the items were out of stock and will be arrange within 10 days. Body cover he will deliver to my address the same day night. But at the time only I know just to escape the situation they were telling to me. But still by assuming positive thought  I accepted the delivery.


I dont know when I will get all these accessories. at present my car is not having backing horn which is highly essential in car at the time of reverse gear.


So I would request you to all the customers please follow the below steps before paying all the amount to Showroom.




  1. list out all the accessories including Tyre company and take sign from them




  2. Don’t pay all the amount before delivery. Anyhow they wont listen for partial payment. Its depends upon ur conversation to them.




  3. Don’t accept delivery if a single item is missed in ur car. For that single item u need to visit around 10 or 15 times to the showroom. If wont accept the car at the time of delivery then they will adjust the items from another showroom and will give u.
