I have bought I10 era model on 03.09.2008. An year later I regret having not bought a car from the Maruti stable. They are so good in servicing. They took care of my Maruti 800, 10 year old, like a baby. And here is Hyundai, proud with its success in India, I have had to take my brand new I10 to the workshop atleast 15 times now. Believe it ? The gears keep getting loose.
keeps getting loose. All the time they fix two screws, have changed a couple of parts. The Regional service Head, (he does not deserve to be called one), at Ahmedabad, after promising to visit Vadodara to look at the car, decided that being lazy in Ahmedabad was a better option. After breaking his word for 4 months, he called the car for at Ahmedabad ! What he got done, was worse than the workshop people at Vadodara.
I am planning to take action against this multinational giant. The gearbox problem is all over the net about I 10. Type the words "Gearbox problem hundai I 10" and you will know about it. I am aware that there are Regulators in the other sectors, Is there a regulator overseeing Automobile Sector ? Will anybody please guide me ?
