I10 is not able to meet the claims in any of the aspects. I bought a next gen i10 magna 1.2 in Nov’10 and just after runnning for 1 month it started making weird noises. I got them fixed time-to-time however, there is 1 noise which is still persistent and comes from tyre area with rotations. The service and repair of Hyundai is so pathetic that I got it fixed up thrice by different Hyundai workshops but they are not able to fix up the problem permanently.
I complained in Hyundai also regarding the same but this company doesn’t seem to be concerned at all with customer satisfaction and didn’t do anything significant in this matter. The mileage is around 10 KMPL only whereas claimed mileage in 20+ KMPL. I dont know Hyundai became so big in India when its not much accepted in whole world. Its a Korean company with Korean quality in its products.
I feel cheated and regretful that I didn’t listen to my elders and went for Hyundai instead of Maruti.
