I own an i10 that is 2 years old now. Recently, the wipers stopped working and the service center of Trident at Bangalore took more than 40 days to replace the electronic component. Worse than that was the endless waiting and lack of clarity on when the part would be procured. Not being able to use the car in the pre-monsoon period was irritating.
Luckily I have a spare car. Apart from this, even after repeated complaints of a noisy front suspension (I offered to bear the cost since the car was out of warranty), no competent repair was offered / carried out on my car. After owning 2 Santros and an Accent, the i10 disappoints. In any case, it is time to move on to better cars (European manufacturers like Ford, FIAT and VW).
