Bought a Hyundai i10 from A1 Hyundai Andheri Mumbai and had the worst Buying experience.After negotiating the proce and payment terms with rg’s 4 wheel world . bookd an i10 from A1 Hyundai.
I am not sure who is the worst of the evil , but sure that both are not at all reliable.Rgs promised to deliver the car on 25th of Jan 2008. After lot of follow up A1 said the car is ready and they dont have a driver to send it. Once I reached the showroom . I was handed over a car with temp registration with no explanation of the car.
The rest of the story was highly dramatic.I had to follow up many time to get the no plate that too after 1 week
In between person fron A1 came witha duplicate no and wanted to fix the no on my car.The final excuse was RTO didnt have the receipt stationary to issue receiept of tax.
After all the dealings, rg Refused to give the promised discount of Rs 2000 and failed to get petrol Voucher for Rs 2000 which Ketan had promised.Thank god I got my registration details and insurance copy. along with a no plate that is not at all good quality.
