When I buy a car, I dont just buy it because it takes me from point-A to point-B. I buy it because the car makes my journey safer, faster, easier, cheaper and more comfortable. What is the point if a car cant do that?!! The i10 is cramped- zero leg space, no room for the rear seat passenger, insufficient boot space. There is terrible road visibility for the driver, and above all pathetic mileage. Safety features are negligible!! I am regretting this purchase I made.
You would think that after all of this torture, at least the after-sales service would be its redemption. But, NO. That sucks too. Has Hyundai become unnecessarily over-confident about the performance levels of its products? Or do they just plain & simple do not care about their customers because it eats into their profits? With the i10, it’s like once you have bought it, you are on your own. And guess what, it has bad resale value as well, so now I cant even dispose of it.
Yuck.
