We purchased a i20 Asta in December 2011. The car was purchased from Hyundai Motor Plaza in Delhi. Since then we have been facing a lot of trouble with it. Four times the AC has failed. Once the clutch system has failed. The service center guys are not checking and fixing the issues properly.
They do some temporary fix after which the car works for a few days and then again some new issue comes up. The service center guys are now demanding us to pay INR 8500 to fix this problem. We want to escalate the issue to higher authorities in Hyundai.
How do we do that? Or is the consumer court the only way to get justice?
