Flop side to be mentioned 1st - i20 Magna Petrol
Very next day of purchase I noticed 2 problems -
The Breakshoe / Steering is making noise each time the car is taking a turn. I mentioned in my 1st service complain. They told me its rectified. But as soon I reached home the problem was intact, I called up to complain and was told this will be send to escalation since its a new car and a repeated problem. Not yet rectified.
The rear left door lock not working with central lock, each time we had to manually unlock and lock it.
anyways we got it rectified in first service.
- People with small height will experience a friction and problem while accessing clutch.
On the day of service I noticed 3 rd problem
- This is my 3rd Hyundai Car ( after purchase of Santro and Getz ) and same issue I faced worth mentioning is anti rust coating your service guys pitched that I should get done else car would rust I had to shell out 1500 INR to get this done. Now my question is if you guys know its essential for car to have anti rust coating why is it not part of final product. Because of this I felt Hyundai cheats the customer by handing over an unfinished product.
Flip side -
Nice interiors and good music system.
It came with wooden interiors which makes so much of difference.
Its a good experience at high speeds not slow speed.
You will love its fridge feature inside glove box.
No car in the market can meet combination of this rate and the looks / features.
