I20 catches fire. Company refuses to share report

Hyundai i20 catches fire in the bonnet, when vehicles was stopped after a 200 KM drive. The whole engine erupted in flames and vehicle was totally damaged. A quick look by a car service guy staying nearby confirmed the problem probably with AC. The vehicle was regularly serviced by Hyundai, as per their recommended frequency and always at their service center.

Post incident, once it was reported with company and insurance company, the car was taken to their service center. It is still there

When raised an issue with Hyundai company as well as Chandra Motors(Coimbatore Hyundai center dealer), they refuse to share any reports and just shift responsibilities despite asking for report multiple times. The report was asked with specific intent to get it reviewed by neutral experts but was never given despite informing them of my intent to get a neutral opinion(please refer to attached images - One image of burnt car and another one on correspondence details where no report was shared after it was taken for inspection)
