I am Writing this review as I have used this car for about 7 months and hope this review might be useful for others P.s This is my personal opinion .
I Purchased Hyundai i20 Magna Berry Red from Asset Motors Kanjurmarg, Mumbai in October 2010 Got a cash discount of Rs 5, 000.No other extra fittings not even a key chain Lol. Whereas a few others were offering accessories worth Rs 10, 000 like Shreenath Hyundai , But I did not want their stuff as I wanted to buy from outside.
Well the Pros About this car are -Handling at even around 120 Kms/Hr with 4 passengers, Interior lights a few gizmos like Usb and Ipod Port , Cooling glove box this is all what I could think.
Cons-Mileage City::: 11-13 Highway 13-14 A/c on for half the journey, Very soft suspension, Feels Low on power.
Now let me elaborate on the Cons for New buyers I had went to Pune filled 2500 Rs of petrol, during end of 2010 (i dont remember the petrol price at that time) From Mumbai with A/c on for half the journey, next week I went with m y friend in his new Wagon-R the same place in pune we filled 2000Rs of petrol and when we returned to mumbai his petrol was still left in the car And I hardly reached with Rs 2, 500 .
The suspension Feels soft and one can feel the potholes in Mumbai.
During the city ride the Power of the feels too low like driving a 700 Cc Car But after I complained to the service station guys two times I got them to tune up the engine for free in my second service .Now atleast the car does not slow down during ac on .
so for the car enthusiasts like me and many others it is not a good car specially at Rs, 5, 86, 000.Mumbai on Road price .
