Let me share my experience with you guys.Iam from Hyderabad.
I joined Talwar Hyundai in July 2008 as a Team Leader with Lot of hopes & career growth oriented.Everything was went good I got my offer letter & my team was decided.st month was good but from 2nd month real proprietor concern started.For evry stupid small approval I need the MD’s approval which is hell.its ok.
My ASM was uselessfellow & he dont know anything just stupid.
I use to always argue with him in all the aspects.
which I dint feel good.Earlier I worked for Honda(Sundaram Honda) which is excellent place to work.
Here(Talwar) everything was went well, very good Hyundai brand but dealer was too bad.There is no value for designation(Asm too have target)
No support from Bosses.Everybody are useless fellows.No proper rules regulations.No ethics will be followed.Only sales sales.Number speaks.only advantage is Showroom is situated in the central city where crowd is good.
I came out in this Jan 2009.
I regert why I joined this stupid company.Hyundai is very good brand but dealer is worst.
I hardly spent my days here.I chaenged my company.
