Santro is my second car and I have been using it since the last 5 years. I am not an engineer and so won’t indulge into technical details. I won’t give a dime for how technically brilliant a machine is, I value the ease of use - beacuse a consumer buys a car not to put it in a technical meuseum, but for his regular use.
The plus points of Santro are:
The minus points are:
rear suspension, not very comfortable
reverse gear (someone explained some technical reason for this)
service - the only reason why I don’t recommend this car. After the Mumbai rains on 26th of July, most Santro cars that got flooded are still in the garage ( I am writing this in the middle of September).
