I have tried over 16 different cars and after owning a Satro for 2 years (25000 k.m.) I rate my experience with it the best ever. The ugly looks are a deterrent, but, then any married person can get over his obsession with looks. If you own one, you don’t look at it often anyways, specially from the outside.
The performance, service, reliability and response of dealers/mechanics is great. They treat you as a customer, not an annoying insect who’s come to disturb them (previous experience with Premier dealers).
I never get the fuel efficency promised by the company, though. City:10-11 kmpl, Highway:16-18 kmpl.
