I bought one from Bangalore(Advaith Residency Road) delivered on 17th Feb - Dark Grey. Am paying EMI on 3.0 lakh@13%(because, theres no penalty on early settlement.)
Been driving for last 12 years(Maruti 800, Matiz, Alto) and this is the most Dabba machine I have driven to date. Add to that, the pathetic quality check by the dealer and you got a bummer
Free sound system but no Aerial. So you cant listen to FM, they may forget a scratchy CD in the system for your listening pleasure
You will certainly know about the interior light which will be on, if the door is not closed properly? Guess what, its didn’t work. So you’re no wiser if the rear right door is not closed properly.
There could be a dent(like I had) on the left fender. Of course they will ask you to go to their workshop on mission road, if you need it changed
You take delivery, and the remote lock circuit box will fall on your accelerator leg and shock you to apply brakes. Not knowing what to do with this, you give this thing some space between your legs
Tried filling LPG and could only fill 22 litres in a 27.2 litre capacity tank
While driving on LPG the idling is so pathetically set, that the engine switches off as soon as you disengage gears(neutral at traffic light /clutch down at speed breaker) and will not start unless you switch back to petrol.
All this in the first 15 days. Wonder whats in store for next 5 years of EMI term. Guess Hyundai is spending most of their time, effort and money on advertising.
