The Automatic Santro is one of the best city cars avaliable in India for the price. It is great for city because it is so simple to drive. All I need to do is put it in "D" and the car moves.
Very comfortable and something I would suggest to anybody who doesn’t like taking stress of changing gears.
Also the size makes it easy to park and manuver.
Maintenance and reliability is also great and not too expensive. The fuel consumption is also good, but not as good as manual.
I don’t think there is any other car in the country which offers this package. The next car would be Honda city but costs more and also is more expnesive to maintain.
Santro also has a great service setup and is one of the most reliable cars around. Of course this is a city car and not meant for heavy duty use. It is something which the urban Indian will use because of comfort and is still has a very "Wow" factor to it.
Everybody who sits with me is always like "Wow" this is an automatic car. So it is nice.
