My Black Santro Xing XL

I brought this new Santro Xing XL April 17th from ACCESS HYUNDAI, Chennai.I am writing this review in order to create an awareness to both the dealer and end consumer.The vehicle was delivered to me after making me wait for nearly 3 hours.And they informed about the Vehicle’s specs very quickly.


When I left the vehicle for 1st service after 1000 km, they wanted me to remove the car audio panel and other essential things which I had kept in the car telling that the persons inside the service center are contract employee and they can misuse / take it.This gave me a different impression altogether.The same contract people are going to service my new vehicle and I must be convinced that they would not change any parts.Also they did not gave the vehicle on time after the service.Even there I had to wait for atleast 30 min - 1 hour time.


They do not entertain vehicles which comes for a emergency check-up.They need to improve on these areas.The milage which I got before 1st service was around 10 km and I got 12 kmpl after the service.Also the AC was not that good at the time of delivery.I had pointed this specifically during that time.But the person who was taking care of my car told me that it would take some time to get cool bcoz of the new car.But the same AC issue was rectified after the 1st service.They told me that the cooling gas was leaking and they had to refill it.After that the AC effect is good.But they do not have any answer for the cost incurred due to the faulty AC till the 1st service.


Also they need to reduce the service duration between the 1st , 2nd & 3rd.


Interiors


All the provisions made except for the coin holder are of waste.We are not able to keep a smallest water bottle.And I don’t understand that concept or logic between the space provided below the hand brake.You can’t even keep a pepsi tin if the hand brake is kept off.And the seats needs to have more cushion as the smoothness goes off within 1 or 2 months period.Also they should keep a provision for fixing the rear wiper.


Finally HYUNDAI should do something for solving the pickup issue which goes down if the AC is on.Also they should work to make the utilities area usuable.
