I have purchased a four wheeler namely, HYUNDAI(model: SANTRO xing XK) GJ 15 DD 8203 from DOWN TOWN Motors Ltd BARODA and took the delivery 4 month back after paying the full amount. I
stay at VAPI . As per company rules there were 3 free services . I
already took 2 service from authorized service center in vapi. At a
regular time interval which is mention in service book. On 19-02-2007 there was oil leakage in my car so I took car to SUDEEP MOTORS, VAPI

here starts the foul play of the said dealer.They are not ready to take
my vehicle for service the reason which they told me is YOU HAD NOT BOUGHT VEHICLE FROM OUR SHOWROOM. So you have took the vehicle to BARODA for this problem
I requested for the service to their Costumer service centre person in MUMBAI (Mr. Shivram & Mr.
Shayam Menon Phone no. 022-40969000. then he agree with me and made a
telephonic talk to workshop and had discussion with Mr.PETER . then
they agree to took vehicle after 2 hours of discussion i.e on
19-02-2007 at 3 clock After 2 days I gone to workshop then there was another person Mr. BABU BHAI & Mr. MANOJ. and told me that Mr.Peter
has gone to GOA .you come to evening your vehicle get completed .I rang
their Phone innumerable times only to listen that it will take some
more time. As we have to replace Oil Seal.
on 21-02-2007 I had no
other option but to attend those disgustful persons at their showroom.
You will be astonished to listen that their manager even tried to avoid
me but as I was insistent and refused to budge, he finally met me after
one and half hours, only to promise me to release my vehicle tomorrow.
Sir,
you can realize the mental agony they have infected on me and since I
had given the car it is locked inside there garage as I will be the
last person to drive it in such state of affairs.
The
story not even ends here. When I ask the reason to Mr. Manoj(manager).
He Told me the oil seal is not yet order to company .Today I will
order and I promise your will get your vehicle tomorrow anyhow trust
on me. On 24-02-2007 when I gone to took my vehicle they told us there
is problem in CRANE SHAFT. So we have to dismantle whole engine for
this. I ask them how you identify that cranes shaft has damage. There
is no relation between an Oil seal and Crane shaft Isaid don’t dismantle my car engine I will come tomorrow on next day i.e. 24-02-2007 when I gone to there workshop Mr. PETER was there. And he promises me that he will monitor today and give me feedback till 3 clocks. When I reach at 4 clock there was only problem of TAPPER COVER. I can’t believe this how SUDEEP MOTORS runs there workshop. For a minor problem they are ready to takeout whole engine and ready to change the CRANE SHAFT. Mr. Peter told me I will give you vehicle on Monday i.e. 26-02-2007.as tomarrow is sunday The matter not even ends here. On 26-02-2007 when I gone to SUDEEP MOTORS. Two police man where sitting Along with the principle dealer MR. DILIP Dakle . I insist for my vehicle and Mr. Dilip told me it was my curtsey that I took your vehicle even thought you bought this vehicle by other dealer. I said him give me in writing that you cant give service to us. He started shouting on me and told don’t come to my workshop next time. I had never ever seen such kind of person in my whole life. I can’t understood one thing HYUNDAI is a multinational company how they given dealership to such a stupid person.to replace a oil seal it took 8 days
for them. I had even call to there customer care phone no-098-7356-4645. many times but I dint get any feedback from them also I request the MEDIA to publish this issue and shut down the workshop of SUDEEP MOTORS
