Hi Friends, First of all let me thank all the members for their good reviews. After going through all of them, finally I decided to go with either Santro or WagonR.I bought this car in Dussera from laksmi hyundai, himayathnagar, hyderabad.So, I got a very good deal. Total car costed me 4 lakhs. I got insurance (14k ), sony xplod with speakers, tint glass, teflon coating, remote locking, seat covers and other small things for free. I was very much satisfied with the deal.Compared to WagonR 1) It has superior gear shift.2) Good Comfort for the front 2 Seats.3) Less spacier than wagonR. you will be amazed to see lot of space and racks available in the dash board. Santro doesn’t has that.4) Back seats are not reclinable and also not so comfortable.5) Drive is more zippy and you’ll enjoy it in santro. I felt bit uncomfortable while taking a test drive in wagonR.6) Santro before first service only its giving me milleage of 14 to 13 with and with out AC using regular petrol only.7) Genuine Accessories are really costly than WagonR.I advise you not to buy any accessories in the showroom. I observed more than 1k difference on the leather seat cover prices in showroom and in the Ministers Road (Hyderabad).Coming to Lakshmi Hyundai.1) Service is good in the showroom . Vasath is the name of the guy who took my order.2) But they doesnt have anyone in the bank to process my car loan. Because of this I had to waste a single day at the bank.3) In Registration : They charged 3k for registration ( Which is very costly). Added to that I gave 2.5K extra for choice number.The story starts here. The number I chose was given to the person who came along with me. I was alloted a normal number.Which is very disgusting.After alot of discussions they agreed to payback my registration+2.5k ( which I paid for the number).If u are a resident of hyderabad, I suggest you to go on your own for RC. The new process introduced is very good, quicjand also transperant.4) Till this date ( 1 month after the purchase ), I didn’t get my insurance cover note.5) I forgot to mention, immediately after purchase they didn’t give me the T/R or the invoice for the reason of festive holidays.So, please be careful after purchasing the new car. EX Showroom Hyderabad is around 3.53 lakhs. Life Tax is 31K. Insurance is 13.5k. Handling and fitting charges is around 2k. Registration he is charging 3k. Loan processing and stamp duty it was around 3k. I took loan from SBI in festive mela. So, I got 90% onroad at 9.75% for 7 years. I went for this because 9.75% was the lowest even when compared with 5years in other banks. Moreover, part payment facility is available in SBI after 1 year and other banks have stopped part payment facility. People fear to go with SBI, but process was very simple. I got my loan confirmed with in 3 days. Which is very fast thinking about a goverment bank.
