I bought my Santro eRLX in November 2005 and have been bale to cross 7000 km mark till date. I went to a long drive (over 1000 KMs) to Rajasthan after 2 months of buyinh the vehicle. And the fuel economy without AC (that as a winter month) was 21 kmpl (isn’t that amazing for a new car that has not even crossed 2500 kms). Also I drove at over 100 kmph.
I’ve fit in it Sony Explod music system and the experience is very enriching. Plus a gear lock that is a must have accessory in delhi area where vehical theft is very common.
Now, after it’s crossed 6000 km mark, the furl economy is fluctuating between 16.5 kmpl to 20 kmpl in city driving with AC on for half the times).
Space - excellent
Driving comfort - Amazing (I alone drove it for 7 hours contineaously)
