Perhaps the worst of the service among the leading car manufacturer. I had given my santro xing for service in Bangalore as it has some starter trouble. It already 4 days over and they unable to get the parts. Everytime I call they tell, Sir it coming today, tommrow etc. I am wondering how come Hyundai having sold so many santro’s in the City, doesn’t have even spare parts in a city like bangalore.
I am really frustrated by this as while selling the CAR these guys make all kind of great promises about service but when it comes to reality then are unable to even find the spare parts of there leading and most selling Brand like Santro.
Another instance of cheating is, just few days before giving the CAR for service, I had called hyundai road service as my car was not starting due to this starter trouble and the service guy came and just manually pushed the car and started and charged me Rs 400/- for this. This is a loot considering the CAR was not even on the Road, it was in parking lot.
